We are flexible in our approach, recognising the importance of choice and the quality of life it brings – that some days, just knowing we’re there to help is encouragement enough for a client to take the lead on a household task; on others, a chat and a cuppa whilst we get the task done may be what’s most appreciated. 

Our accompanied visits service offers the freedom to get out and about. Rose Care’s professional carers live locally, know the area and are insured to take someone out in their car or walk with them. Whether it’s just going down the street to the hairdressers or setting off for some fresh air along the seafront, we can be there with a smile and just the right level of support. You can count on us too, because Rose Care is one of Suffolk’s only home care companies to give a specific arrival time (+/- 15 minutes) for each visit.
