Congratulations - Laura

Congratulations - Laura has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and is now enrolled in her level 7.

Well done to Jasmine

Well done to Jasmine she has completed her level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Kellie and Debbie are currently undertaking their Level 3.

I continue to be proud of our great carers and the senior team, they are clearly happier and more loyal than other home care companies as our staff turnover is only 4% compared to the average of 32%.

As we have recently taken on a few great new carers to our team, we are also happy to welcome back a couple of carers who are returning “home” to Rose Care after a few years elsewhere. Therefore, we will have more time available if you have any friends or family who would benefit from our outstanding care and support.

Moving  & Handling Training

We will be offering Moving & Handling training to the public, we have invested in equipment, such as a hoist, Sara stedy and hospital bed. As we now do all training in house which is beneficial for our carers, they can make full use of the equipment. Keeping up to date with the latest regulations. If you know of anyone who could make use of these great training courses, please contact Rose Care.
