I was born in the beautiful county of Suffolk and have established my roots in Felixstowe, where I have proudly called home for over 15 years. My journey into the profession of care work began six 6 years ago, following the arrival of my youngest daughter.

Prior to embarking on a career in care, I wholeheartedly dedicated my time to being a full-time mother, occasionally venturing into the food industry for additional experiences.

My initial step into the care sector began at Rose Care, where I diligently served as a carer, demonstrating unwavering dedication and compassion. Through perseverance and commitment, I gradually ascended the ranks, progressing from a dedicated carer to a trusted senior carer, and eventually fulfilling the pivotal role of Registered Manager.

To continue my knowledge and expertise in this field, I have attained a distinguished level 3 qualification in health and social care, and I am presently engaged in the pursuit of achieving my level 4 managers certification, which will further enhance my capabilities as an effective leader.
