At Rose Care we pride ourselves on giving our team all the support and encouragement they need to keep their skills up-to-date and grow their skill-base. 

All professional care-givers are required to undertake mandatory courses on an ongoing basis.

We also actively advise and support the personal development of individuals within our team, encouraging interest in specialized learning (eg. dementia support/palliative care etc.)

Yes, we will certainly encourage you in that. 

New care-givers work towards gaining their care certificate - an online course which takes about 3 months. Beyond that we will support your career in care ambitions.

If you already hold professional carer qualifications, we will continue to support you in your career journey. We can offer Levels 2 -5 in Health and Social Care diplomas, plus certificates in other specialist areas (such as Multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons disease, palliative care and dementia care).
 

Firstly, congratulations on achieving your Care Certificate! 

We look forward to supporting you further and will encourage you to work towards further relevant care sector qualifications such as Diplomas and specialist skills in particular areas of care. 

At Rose Care, we pay the training costs and should training sessions (eg. in using specialist equipment/ manual handling training) take place at other locations (Ipswich), we provide transport too.
 

To start with Rose Care, you do not need to have any qualifications as such - it’s more about your character, attitude and willingness to learn. Of course if you already have care sector relevant qualifications, we will be pleased to talk you through what we can offer.
