Dariush took over as Director of Rose Care Suffolk Ltd in 2023 from Liz and Sue to carry forward the values of Rose Care Suffolk and continue providing the Outstanding care the carers provide. Dariush will continue to be supported by our fantastic senior team including; Senior Carers (Abi & Kellie), Client Coordinator (Brenda), Team Leader (Kerry), Office Manager (Michelle) and Deputy Manager (Laura). 

Background (A Little History) 

Dariush’s home growing up also served as the HQ for his parents nursing agency so care was a part of his life since a young age. He helped in the office until he turned 18, then started working in hospitals and care homes where his true love for care really started, and has never faltered since. Dariush went to the University of East Anglia to study mental health nursing and served for over 15 years in the NHS, going up and down the ladder between management and direct clinical care roles in a wide range of community and inpatient environments. 

Continuous learning is important to Dariush and amongst many other courses has completed his Advanced Clinical Practitioner master’s at the University of Suffolk. Dariush returned to the family healthcare business which was now a supported living service in Suffolk in 2021. It is his motivation of always wanting people to receive the best care that has always driven him and ultimately pulled him towards leading Rose Care Suffolk forward.
